At NeoCharge, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to support your purchase decision and ensure you're happy with our products. Should you find yourself needing to return an item, we're here to assist you every step of the way. Below are the details of our return policies and processes.


60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to use our Returns Portal to initiate a return within 60 days of your purchase date. Please note that products are ineligible for return after the 60-day period has elapsed.

To start a return, please:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team for assistance or directly visit our Returns Portal.
  2. Follow the instructions provided to submit your return request.
  3. Print the provided return label
  4. Repackage and secure the returned goods
  5. Drop off the return with your local UPS / USPS

Please be aware that only items purchased directly from our website, www.getneocharge.com, are eligible for the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.


Smart Splitters Returns

Smart Splitters qualify for free returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
  • The Smart Splitter and all included accessories (Mounting Bracket, User Manual, Adapter if part of a Pro Bundle) must be returned in good condition.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued if all conditions are met. If the return is missing any components, a fee may apply.

Returns for Other Products

For all products other than Smart Splitters, the following return policy applies:

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
  • Returns must be in good condition.
  • Returns are subject to a return fee equal to the cost of the return shipping label. Fee will be deducted from the total refund upon approval

Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and approved, an automated email will be sent with a notification of the refund. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.
