How Does the Smart Scheduling Work?Updated 2 months ago

Creating an optimized charging schedule can significantly reduce your energy costs by charging at times that are cheaper and greener.

Setting Up a Schedule:

1. Go to the scheduling tab in the bottom right side of your app.
2. If you haven't set up a schedule for your location, please do so.
3. Set your desired finish by time.

Default Settings:

• If you don't see a start time, we default to midnight start time.
• Your vehicle will ONLY charge from midnight to your finish by time, unless more time is needed to reach your vehicle charging limit.

Multiple Schedules:

• You can create different schedules for weekdays and weekends. Up to 7 unique schedules for each day of the week.

Important Note:

• Remember to turn off your EV's built-in schedules.
• The NeoCharge schedule will communicate directly with your vehicle for scheduling.
• If both schedules are on at the same time, things will conflict.
