How and why should I reboot my Smart Splitter?Updated 4 days ago

Rebooting your Smart Splitter is simple and an effective way to ensure things are working correctly. To reboot your splitter you just need to turn the circuit breaker to your splitter off/on ONE time. 

This often will ensure your WiFi connection is reinitiated if your Smart Splitter hasn't been communicating with the cloud for a few days-ensuring your sessions/energy sessions are coming through. We are working on improving reliability but this is the best work around in the meantime.
