Which policy applies to my order?


[1] Orders placed before October 9, 2025

These orders follow the legacy Smart Splitter policy:

  • Returns: 60-day money-back window
  • Warranty: 3-year Smart Splitter warranty
  • Scope: Smart Splitters only


[2] Orders placed October 9, 2025 through March 11, 2026 (recent pre‑March 12 orders)

Return eligibility is based on bundle type:

  • Minimum Bundle: no returns, except unopened/unused returns at NeoCharge discretion
  • Pro Bundle: 60-day returns
  • Ultimate Bundle: 60-day returns

Warranty coverage for these orders follows the terms in effect at purchase.


[3] Orders placed on or after March 12, 2026

These orders follow the current policy:

Is my warranty covered?

If your product is NeoCharge-manufactured and you are within your applicable warranty period, your warranty is generally covered with valid proof of purchase.

Warranty claims are generally not covered for:

  • misuse, abuse, or alteration
  • improper installation
  • cosmetic damage / normal wear
  • electrical infrastructure issues (e.g., worn outlets / faulty wiring)


For third-party products (such as some EVSE equipment), warranty may be handled by the manufacturer.
