What's covered under warranty?

NeoCharge-manufactured products include warranty coverage based on which bundle you purchased:

Ultimate Home Setup Bundle - 3-Year Warranty

  • Smart Splitter: 3 years
  • NEMA Adapters: 3 years
  • Mobile Connector Adapters: 3 years
  • Extension Cords: 3 years

Pro Bundle - 3-Year Warranty

  • Smart Splitter: 3 years
  • NEMA Adapters: 3 years
  • Mobile Connector Adapters: 3 years
  • Extension Cords: 3 years

Minimum Bundle - 1-Year Warranty

  • Smart Splitter: 1 year
  • NEMA or Mobile Connector Adapter: 1 year

Not covered by NeoCharge warranty:

  • EVSE equipment (LENZ, Wallbox, or other third-party EV chargers)
  • Industrial grade outlets
  • Other third-party products

For these items, contact the manufacturer directly with your proof of purchase from NeoCharge.

Accessories purchased separately: No warranty coverage (sold as-is). Standard 30-day return policy applies.


What does the warranty cover?

If your NeoCharge product has a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, we'll replace or repair it.

Not covered:

  • Misuse, abuse, or alterations
  • Improper installation
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from power surges or acts of nature
  • Issues caused by worn electrical outlets or faulty wiring

⚠️ Electrical infrastructure issues: Heat damage, discoloration, or burning smells at plug connections are usually caused by worn outlets, not product defects. If you experience these symptoms, stop use immediately and have a licensed electrician inspect your outlet before filing a warranty claim.


How to file a warranty claim:

  1. Email [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Product serial number
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the problem
  2. Our technical support team will review your claim
  3. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label
  4. Send back the defective product
  5. We'll ship you a replacement at no cost

Warranty only available for:

  • Original purchasers
  • Purchases from getneocharge.com or authorized retailers
  • Products within the warranty period
  • Products with valid proof of purchase
