30-Day Returns for Unopened Accessories

Accessories purchased separately (not as part of a Smart Splitter bundle) can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they're unopened.

Eligible accessories include:

• Extension cords
• NEMA adapters (including Travel Kits)
• Mobile charger adapters (including Travel Kits)
• Industrial-grade wall receptacles
• LENZ J1772 and NACS adapters
• EV Chargers
• Other standalone accessories

Return requirements:

• Must be in original, unopened packaging
• Must be within 30 days of purchase
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all accessory returns

Cannot be returned:

• Opened or used accessories
• Installed products
• Accessories outside the 30-day window

How to return:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. Confirm the accessory is unopened
3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
4. You'll receive a refund minus the 25% restocking fee within 10 buesiness days of us receiving the item

Example: If you purchased a $100 adapter and return it unopened, you'll receive a $75 refund after the 25% restocking fee is deducted.
