Smart Splitter return eligibility depends on what you purchased and when. Here's a complete guide:

You can return your Ultimate Home Setup bundle within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
What needs to be returned:
- Smart Splitter
- All NEMA adapters
- All mobile connector adapters
- Extension cords
- J1772 / NACS adapters
- EV Charger(s)
- Original packaging (if possible)
Important: All items must be returned together. We cannot accept partial returns.

- Pack everything securely and ship it back
- Once we receive and inspect everything, we'll process your full refund within 10 business days
2. Pro Bundle - 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can return your Pro bundle within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.
