Start a return

Enter your order number and the email or ZIP/postal code from your order. You'll get a prepaid return label and a packing slip.

Before you start

• Not working, damaged or wrong item? Don't use the portal. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We'll troubleshoot with you and send a replacement at no cost if it's faulty.
• Need a different model, outlet or adapter? Exchanges are free. Email [email protected] and we'll set it up for you.
• Bought from Amazon, Best Buy or another retailer? Return it through that retailer.

The basics

• Returns are accepted within 60 days of the date your order ships.
• Print the packing slip and put it inside the box. Put the label on the outside of the shipping box, not on the product packaging.
