Can I return my NeoCharge product?

Return eligibility depends on what you purchased and when. Here's a quick guide:

Smart Splitter Bundles (NEMA 10-30, 14-30, 14-50) and Special Configurations (NEMA 10-50, 6-50):

• Ultimate Home Setup Bundle - 90-day full refund (must return complete bundle)
• Pro Bundle - 60-day full refund (must return complete bundle)
• Minimum Bundle - No returns (exchanges only for defects or wrong items)
• Special Configurations - No returns (exchanges only for defects or wrong items)
• International Shipments (to Canada) - 60-day returns with 25% restocking fee

Accessories purchased separately:

• 30-day returns with a 25% restocking fee
• Must be unopened in original packaging
• Opened accessories cannot be returned

Orders before October 9, 2025:

• All Smart Splitters have 60-day returns with full refund (no restocking fee)
